Let's examine the jobs for the last 50 years, such as SUPERMARKETS - BURGER JOINTS - PIZZA PLACES, AND RETAIL are businesses that any idiot off the street can perform. If trained, which doesn't require much skill, the job is more physical and sometimes demanding, otherwise it's not hard to work these jobs.  What I have come to realize is all the bullshit in the work environment, such as petty jealousy - people's problems - gossiping and backstabbing, that is the real problem in every work environment regardless of what the employee is expected to do.  Like any job, it's reliability and efficiency which should matter, and being on time.

Business owners are biased and judgmental from the moment a person applies for a position.  The application itself is racist, biased, and discriminatory, towards people of color. Business owners and grossly negligent managers, who are HIRED TO MANAGE A STORE OR ANY COMPANY, WILL DISCRIMINATE if they don't like you. If you don't have the same mindset as them, which can be damaging. If they don't like the way you look, if you're overweight. The owner or manager doesn't want handicapped or people with a disability.

In AMERICA, DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM ARE VERY COMMON WHEN SEEKING EMPLOYMENT!!! An example is APEC, all the KOREANS COMING INTO AMERICA ARE GIVEN JOBS, (ILLEGALS) and those people WHO ARE ALLOWED TO WORK IN THE SAME environment, but no other race is. People over 50 are being pushed out of jobs EVERYDAY and DISCRIMINATED against that are born and raised in AMERICA!! If the person has a job and they are over 50, and the supervisor is 30, that person also pushes the other employee out, with threats and discrimination. It's happening all the time!

I HAVE APPLIED TO MOTHERS MARKET SEVERAL TIMES - AND WHOLE FOODS MARKET SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED!!  I HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE IN MARKETS. MORE THAN ENOUGH TO QUALIFY, BUT NOW THAT I AM OVER 50 I AM BEING DISCRIMINATED.

The younger kids have taken over and are pushing people out when it comes to age and race!!!  I have experience as a phone operator and applied to UCI IRVINE, WHICH ALSO DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME. I know for a fact it's a software that is used, and the person is trained for 1 week. This is NOT A difficult job, but the IDIOT PERSON WHO DOES THE HIRING HIDES BEHIND THE INTERNET JUDGING. There were many openings for this position through UCI all over various areas and I have been discriminated against all of them. MOTHER'S MARKET has many openings still, they can't fill or choose not to for whatever reason, but no one bothers to look at my application. I have never heard from them and I have applied numerous times to different positions. THE SAME WITH NORTHGATE MARKET, THEY TOO HAVE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME MANY TIMES!!!

Markets NEVER GIVE PEOPLE TRAINING AT ALL!  Their application will have written information of their expected experience, but they don't require it. I have worked for many markets such as BRISTOL FARMS - SPROUTS - LASSENS AND VONS, all have the same crap environment of stress and gross negligence with abusive managers who are dysfunctional and not a team player. Regardless, I have worked hard in those stores with no raises, cut hours so the store manager can keep his bonus and low pay, because that is all THAT EXISTS FOR PEOPLE IN THIS SHIT COUNTRY, unless you are an executive!

Whole Foods Market I have applied many times in the past and those managers are EXTREMELY ABUSIVE AND VERY DISCRIMINATING!!! (JEFF BEZOS HAS BEEN EMAILED A COPY OF THIS POST).  Most of the people who work for WHOLE FOODS ARE SO GROSS INCOMPETENT, BUT THEY EXPECT THE PERSON THEY INTERVIEW TO BE PERFECT. As a customer of AMAZON, I WAS DISCRIMINATED against AND MY ACCOUNTS WERE BLACKBALLED BY EMPLOYEES. I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR THIS OWNER BUT HE HIRES ABUSIVE PEOPLE WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT BEING TRAINED RIGHT! OR TRAINED AT ALL.

Melissa's Produce, I am all too familiar with them. When I worked at Bristol Farms, the uncle would come in to the produce department, he was an old man about 70. I never understood what the hell he was doing other than looking around.  I one day inquired and asked him about getting a job and leaving Bristol. He told me his nephew approached him to work for the company and he would speak to him. He did, but they are racists and biased, and discriminate. They had a white man who was a jew call me up and jerk me around and lie to me. He admitted they NEVER HIRE STRANGERS, just close friends and relatives!! NO PROBLEM AFTER SEEING THE PRODUCTION AND POOR SERVICE TO THEIR VENDORS, THEY'RE DOING ME A FAVOR, BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCE IS BELOW ADEQUATE!

TODD DERECK TAYLOR HOLLYWOOD HILLS, CA

On February 14th at 4 a.m. Todd Taylor died in his sleep, I heard his last breath, and February 16th, which just recently passed, was Todd's birthday. He died too young, but I'm glad I was there to be with him and he wasn't alone, because no one should have to die alone. Many people do and under the ugliest of circumstances. I find it peculiar how many people will die so close to their birthday. Or how husbands and wives will die back to back, as my grandparents did. As humans, all we have are memories of our lives more bad than good for most of us. Yet as people, we are brainwashed to believe the material world is more important than family, but it's not. It's not even real, it's all temporary and this human existence is based on sexual abuse and murder, war criminals and theft. I've always wanted to believe there are more good people in the world than bad, but I don't anymore, people show their true colors in their actions. I've witnessed and been subjected to so many people who are shit and this entire system is a lie and is lower than SCUM. You can't ask for help because churches don't give a fuck about anyone and want to keep people begging. Jobs were invented to keep corporations rich and fraudulent state agencies collecting money, but that is now changing and for the worse. Don't be surprised if more people act out and begin robbing the rich, because it will be well deserved.

When people are desperate and have nothing, they will act out because no one cares and they need to survive. Todd and so many other children are subjected to their SHIT PARENTS and ABUSE FROM THE TIME THEY ARE BORN. The IGNORANCE AND STUPIDITY of people is "you should figure out life on your own as you grow and know everything you need to know by the time your legal age of 18". NO ONE KNOWS A FUCKEN THING AT 18. Let me change gears, Todd was the second man I lived with, and he was good to me. He had my back and was a protector. At times there were things he would say that upset me or things he didn't know and I realized the differences between us, but overall we were friends. He wasn't the kind of man who would ever hit a woman. I was more of the aggressor. Although we had hard times those few years in the beginning, we both worked hard and kept a roof over our heads, but I HAVE GOOD MEMORIES OF US. He got a job and was proud of himself, as he had come so far. We had good times and went to rock shows, took camping trips, and ate at nice restaurants. We had many good times, but it got hard in the last few years towards the end. 

I realized I had to fight certain people in agencies that were so GROSS NEGLIGENT. Doctors who REFUSED TO DO THEIR FUCKEN JOB and diagnose his illness correctly. Immature assholes at hospitals who drugged Todd up behind my back to incarcerate him in a facility. There was so much abuse and this STATE DOESN'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT ANYONE, THEY ARE FUCKEN PIGS. The SOCIAL WORKER at IHSS SAID TO ME HOW THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DOESN'T WANT TO HELP PEOPLE. THEY DON'T WANT THE IHSS PROGRAM. In the end, I didn't want something to happen at 4am in the morning and have a sideshow in my home when he died and that is exactly what happened. What FUCKEN ANGERS ME IS WHY I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE WHEN THESE FUCKEN ASSHOLES ARE MURDERERS. Just because some STUPID ASS FUNERAL HOME SAYS ITS REQUIRED TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED TO THE PERSON WHO DIED. REALLY? THE COPS DON'T GIVE A FUCK WHEN THEIR THE ONES KILLING PEOPLE!

In addition, I had neighbors being so disrespectful, banging on my door. My father worked in children's services for many years and he told me those facilities don't give a fuck about those children when they're taken away or incarcerated. 

Children are abused all the time by staff and police.  Never again will I call the police for any reason or the fire department to ask for help. If a building is on fire let it burn down who gives a shit. Never again will I trust any state agency because all the people who work in them are pieces of shit who will stab you in the back NOT HELP! When someone dies, take time to heal because you will feel the loss and emotional pain. You will not be alright, it is shock and turmoil, but if you find yourself lost at the park looking up at the sky on a warm day, and butterflies are buzzing all around. It means "NEW BEGINNINGS" and that is something to look forward to, that will ease your pain.

CITY OF LAHARBA HAS A TAINTED SHADOW OF CORRUPTION

Many years ago I lived in this city and overall the aesthetics of it are decent, but its essence plagues the people into believing it's a poor city compared to Brea. That is a FUCKEN LIE!!!  I researched both cities years ago and came to find the statistics are 48/49 percent the same. At that time, there were no black Americans, less than 1% Asian compared to now, and Mexicans/Hispanics (same difference) and whites dominated both cities. As for public school lunches, there are 80% of children on a free lunch program in Brea. Let's not forget every city by law has to have Section 8 or low-income housing, in every town, which Brea has. Brea has nicer places you would never think were Section 8.

You need to realize just because cities look a certain way, that doesn't mean one is richer than the other. It's POLITICS and those asswads have relationships with LAND DEVELOPERS. These SCUM KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN BUILDING HOMES, STORES, AND LANDSCAPES. It will dictate who can live, and where. It always has been this way, because WHITE PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT MATTER AND THAT ARE ENTITLED TO HAVE ALL THE LUXURIES TO LIFE AND FUCK EVERYONE ELSE. La Habra City has plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and freeways, about 2 miles in any direction, everything is convenient. However, the racism sticks, and the abuse of children was obvious to me when I walked upon a child standing outside of a liquor store that the police were subjecting this child to so they could make false arrests. Does Brea police do the same, no they don't because they have few liquor stores, Brea has Bevmo. Again it's entrapment and a setup like everything else in life. I made sure to let the police know I know what the FUCK THEY ARE DOING AND I HAVE LET IT BE KNOWN TO INTERNAL AFFAIRS!!! I WON'T FUCKEN TOLERATE CHILD ABUSE OR CHILD MOLESTERS AND THERE EVERYWHERE INCLUDING LAW ENFORCEMENT!! 

A few years back I had an emergency problem at the dentist on Whittier at Gold Coast Dentist who fucked me out of 500 dollars. The dentist thought he would try and get me hooked on hard drugs because he wanted to assume I had tremendous pain after my extraction. The pain I had was in my wallet and that assistant who is a cunt refused to give me an invoice so I could have my insurance reimburse me. It was the day after Xmas and that asshole dentist refused my insurance. I got into a verbal argument with that cunt who turned around and cried wolf to the LaHabra police.

Lahabra sends me a notice and calls me, so I replied with, "Don't threaten me motherfucker" You want something to investigate, then check out your scum co-workers who think it's okay to subject a 7-year-old child to abuse because I saw you and I know what you did mother fucker! I am not scared of law enforcement because all of those pieces of shit are GUILTY OF SO MUCH CRIME!!!  I never heard from them again. I guess his GUILTY has weight.
