COLLEEN PRATT IS A CORRUPT LYING ATTORNEY - PRATT LAW

Collen Pratt is a corrupt lying dyke bitch who refused to speak with me about my case against Bristol Farm. This dyke cunt will fuck you over. I would NOT advise to use her services. First, any attorney is just a whore with a license. When have you ever seen an attorney actually do their job with integrity? Other than television I mean? They don't, at least Colleen Pratt doesn't she is just a fucken dyke who doesn't care, the only thing this bitch ever said to me was, "I haven't been paid yet", oh really you ignorant moron, then don't advertise you work first for the client and get paid after the case settles like you have, you greedy bitch! Over six years ago I worked at Bristol Farms I applied at the Hollywood location but got stuck working at the Beverly Hills location which is the worst. Customers are demanding, racist as fuck, and extremely abusive and the sexual harassment is out of control. My first week I was attacked by some sick old white guy wearing a trench coat so he could flash his ugly naked ass in the store while flipping me off. Working in the Deli was extremely stressful, so later I asked the Store Director Tony if I could work in produce, that way I could get my 40 hours and work in the back away from the customers. This production job was a three-man position, but Tony never bothered to fulfill the other two slots, because he saw how hard and fast I worked to get production on the floor by myself. 

Tony took advantage of this until the day I didn't show up for work after my hand became paralyzed when he quickly had three people fill the job. Colleen Pratt Corrupt Lying Attorney refused to represent me but STOLE HER FEE from the money I collected without her fucken help. Tony McAndrews is a racist piece of shit who was the Store Director for Bristol Farms Beverly Hills location yet he doesn't bother to train the employees. He forced us to sign off on procedures that we had never learned or were trained to do. The orientation for new hires took place six months after I was working there. Tony refused to give me a raise, but no problem for the white employees to get their money and raises. Tony McAndrews gave Tyre Solis 3 dollars more than myself after I was hired and this is what she did. Tyre was late every day, came in hungover and my favorite was fucking Tony, Mazin, and a few other male employees. I was busting my ass off working over 55 hours a week for minimum wage with no help. Then when I got hurt Tony immediately called in three employees and fucked me over. 

Colleen was horrible she did nothing to help and refused to find me a doctor in the network. I was being blocked by Bristol Farms' fucked up insurance company Zenith, Claire Versales who was bitch. I was under great stress and this dyke bitch gave my personal information to Mirella Flores who later I found out was scamming and stealing monies from educational vouchers with City Councilman Salvador Franco. I questioned Colleen about this and she had nothing to say. She gave my information to Mirella this is why this GREEDY WHORE was harassing me, but nothing became of it. Colleen the cunt is so guilty of fraud herself for lying to me and never providing representation, she is a dyke whore with a license to practice fucking people out of money. I was cheated out of a great deal of money and had to deal with all the problems of my case on my own. Sexual Harassment was a big problem in the workplace, being threatened and bullied by management, and blocked from getting medical care when my hand was paralyzed from the strain of carrying over 50 pounds of fruit in big plastic tubs, cutting, packaging, and selling. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I AM SUBITTING A COMPLAINT TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION. THEY NEED TO KNOW OF HER MISCONDUCT!

The work I did was extremely physically tormenting but I was doing well in my sales. The more I did the more Tony pressured me to get the production out fast. He never got me the help I needed. I only walked away with $15,000 and ended up with $12,750 after this dyke whore got her fee for doing nothing. Never trust this dyke bitch she is no fucken attorney with integrity to help her clients get the most from their cases of sexual harassment, racism, physical abuse, and mental abuse!!!! The only reason it settled was because Bristol fucked up and I started screaming at them. Again the bitch who was doing the negotiations of money was also fucking me over. It's hard to know what to do with a case like this. I was treated very badly for all my hard work with no decent compensation for being unemployed and harassed and threatened by my own attorney and employer!

CHARLIE SHEEN AND HEATHER LOCKLEAR ARE CHILD PREDATORS

Years ago when Charlie Sheen was running a muck, out of control on drugs, and with prostitutes getting into trouble with the police was no excuse for his behavior but there was a reason behind it. It's obvious to me now he is a sex offender and possibly abused himself as a child by someone close to the family or the movie industry. I realize this is a sensitive conversation but it can't be ignored anymore. This society is infested with sex offenders and they primarily are in the church and in government, at the top of every business.

It's a disease that never stops and only recycles but it doesn't matter if you are an actor or a plumber, as a human being you must bring it to court and prosecute against those who have mistreated you. I realize that prison won't be a solution to fixing a sex offender's behavior, but it will stop that person from hurting other children. During this time I ranted verbally one day about my thoughts on the actor Charlie Sheen and how IGNORANT the world is and thinks so much of this loser. Who gives a fuck he can act, anyone can act, if you can lie and convince an audience you can act that doesn't give you a pass to behave so out of control that you rather pimp yourself out for money to a business that has sold you as a common whore. Given this statement I just made, most people in society are GUILTY of pimping themself out. Regardless, I have another step-sister who is also a cunt and she too works in the movie industry with the rest of the child molesters, but that day I expressed my negative thoughts about this piece of shit Debra came to Charlie Sheen's defense. I wondered why the fuck is Deborah Lee Velarde protecting this prick?

Little did I know this guy was a child molester all along. I don't need to repeat all the bullshit lies the media funnels out defending this scumbag. There was one story that convinced me, how disgusting and vile both Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear are because both of them are GUILTY of molesting Eva Sambora numerous times when she was just a child. The article on Lipstick Lies is ridiculous because the writer chooses not to use names, but it's obvious both of them were on Spin City together and during this time both were married and had families. However, if you look at the URL you will clearly see their names. Heather Locklear hasn't worked in decades, how she supports herself I'm curious and why her life is out of control is because her guilt is eating at her. She can't live with herself. Fuck all the stupid media bullshit about her daughter standing by her mother providing support with her drug problems. It's all lies I don't believe any of that.

Eva told someone close to her including her father of what happened she has to be distraught and damaged, how fucked up to hurt your own child by molesting her several times with a man? Eventually, everything comes to the surface, but the media lies so much wanting the public to believe these scumbags are better than regular common folk compared to everyone else with their bullshit lives. This heinous act of violence against Eva Sambora and so many other children at the time is why Denise Richards divorced Charlie Sheen and Richie Sambora divorced Heather Locklear. 

Yet the media lies and turns it around to protect Charlie and Heather as if they were the ones to have filed for divorce against their spouses. When you're a child you don't understand why people are doing this but you know it's wrong. When you are silenced as a child as I was many times growing up the resentment and anger build over time and will force you to voice yourself. It's good Eva spoke out but it's unfortunate, it took years because when you're a child you have no power. Eva should have come forth and prosecuted against her mother and Charlie for the abuse they inflicted on her. This trauma will ruin her with having healthy relationships and could lead her to addictions. Since then Charlie Sheen's career is over and ruined after coming forth with admitting to all the women he was fucking and how they were blackmailing him about his disease but he has money to have the best doctors while he lives with AIDS. Is this the cream on the cake or what fucking a man who has AIDS and is a sex offender against children all for money? White people, they do it best, don't they. They are the disease within a disease. I was so sick of hearing about Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear with her behavior because she wanted it to be known what happened and she should, I told her that, in a letter I wrote and mailed to her home. Why not? You are no mother you violated your daughter and now you want to feel sorry for yourself for being a drug addict and loser drinking yourself to death. 

You will NEVER WORK AGAIN. You've got nothing to lose bitch! It was said in various articles that Charlie would ruin her and drag her down with him, but you know Heather is not the only GUILTY party, how many women have done this to their children with Charlie? Those kids who might be legal adults now need to come forward and prosecute their parents for the crimes against them. What pisses me off about this corrupt justice system if I am not mistaken there is a seven-year window period. If an adult prosecutes the perpetrator by the time they do this it might be too late. Hope is not lost people come together and rally why a seven-year window period? There should NEVER BE A LEGAL LIMIT TO SEX OFFENDERS! The same criminals who set these bullshit regulations are child molesters themselves or protect those who are in a status they claim is higher than the rest of us. It's time to take a stand and Richie Sambora should have never stayed silent. As for Debroah Velarde, I have plans for that bitch because she too is a sex offender as I was 8 years old, and she still works in the movie industry. Now you understand why she came to his defense, they both have so much in common. I could defend Deborah knowing she might be a victim as much as a predator, but I'm not going to do that, too many betrayals and conversations over the years that she has more than pissed me off with her fucken lies. INMOTION HOSTING CORRUPT BUSINESS PRACTICES

Recently I realized I had forgotten to delete an old account with BoldGrid which is a sister company to INMOTION HOSTING, but to contact anyone at BoldGrid is like searching for a needle in a haystack. I couldn't recall the password and the site wouldn't allow me to reset the password, so instead of someone responding with a simple answer again I am dealing with GROSS NEGLIGENCE. This person employed by INMOTION HOSTING responds to me with a STUPID answer such as "You need a CC", no actually I don't jackass and I wasn't speaking to you. Instead of wasting my time and energy with these assholes I just let it go and then chose to update the rant of INMOTIONS GROSS INCOMPENTCE. 

I wrote this rant after the fallout occurred but I noticed someone hacked into the code and fucked with it. Let me provide a new update, but before I do just so you know there will be two sections to this rant. The first describes what occurred which is NOT DEFAMATION. The second part is the STUPID LETTER that GROSS NEGLIGENT BULLSHIT LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF NON LAWYERS sent to me. I decided to break it up in two as it appears nicer and you will see my response to each part of the letter. DEFAMATION is all these asswads could think of, knowing they FUCKED UP, but if you fuck with the code here on this rant I will take serious legal action against the owners and free pr on JIMMY DORE. NUMEROUS OTHER PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY, STILL INTERESTED IN GOING TO COURT COCKSUCKERS????? INMOTION HOSTING has Corrupt business practices. After spending 300 dollars on shared hosting I will explain what they did to my account and why? INMOTION HOSTING doesn't back up the customer, they betray their customers after I paid 300 hundred dollars (which is not counting the money I spent the first two years) this was a renewal of low-grade hosting services and the owners betrayed me by locking me out of my account and refusing to give my files back, all because Mark Smith bitches and complains how I was copyrighting him. No more than he copyrighted everyone else.

This pathetic loser has nothing patent at all, if anyone talks about his books he screams copyright. If you do a book review he screams copyright. Mark spends his days harassing Asenath Mason on the internet and disguises himself with that loser daughter ATLANTA SMITH spying on people in "BECOME A LIVING GOD FORUM" This immature ass wad convinced INMOTION HOSTING of his personal accusations of me without question and for that they betrayed me. And expected me to sign a declaration, "GO FUCK YOURSELF". I WILL NOT! Take your declaration and shove up your ass. Shared hosting is the biggest scam with low prices and there are so many companies that have the same crap methods. CHEAP HOSTING COMPANIES will NEVER TELL you how much memory you are getting with that SHARED HOSTING PLAN and you will NEVER KNOW how many people are on the same fucken server. This is a RED FLAG and if you have shared hosting and your site has ongoing problems with 502 errors any kind of errors it's all because of memory. The more your site grows an upgrade is needed but that doesn't guarantee you won't have problems with their servers. 

When I was with this company, they had what I call a "BLACKOUT" meaning the entire system went down. It occurred twice, and it took me a while to realize how scandalous these companies can be. The description of services doesn't come close to explaining how they run those servers and how many people are on them, so your site will only function 100% with interference at some point. It's not any concern to INMOTION but the concern and loyalty to any customer should be a priority and it's not! Copyright is a civil matter, I don't give a FUCK IF SPAIN HAS A TREATY WITH THE US and Mark Smith has nothing to back up what he is accusing me of because his books have too much copyright material itself from antique writers from hundreds of years ago. More than 75% of his books are copied from other authors and most are dead so they can't complain. A book review is not a copyright but this guy has nothing to do all day other than harass women on the net and bitch and complain like a child. As for the BULLSHIT LEGAL DEPARTMENT ON NON LAWYERS, I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY OR THINK. JUST AS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. When becoming a customer you certainly don't expect to have your site sabotaged by those you pay services to and it's hard to know what restrictions the server will have because customer service will NEVER TELL YOU!! 

It's only when a problem happens that you realize half the employees don't know what they're doing since "Hide My Ghost WP Plugin" was never fixed because of the servers and GROSS NEGLIGENCE. Yet it's the plugin's fault. No, I don't think so, as I had to keep deactivating the plugin just to edit or update to make changes, which I shouldn't have to do. The person I bought the plugin from I told him what they were doing and he tried to explain it but he also discovered how the server was preventing the plugin from working correctly. Either way, they fucked it all up so I couldn't use it. The developer wrote this article in hopes one of these ass wads would COMPREHEND THE FUCK UP THEY DID WITH MY SITE AND THE PLUGIN! Just for the record I am updating and re-writing this blog since somebody from INMOTION thought it was okay to hack the original rant and fuck up the code, did you not think I wouldn't notice? Maybe this platform is not as secure, but either way, you can read about yourself on "RIP OFF REPORT" I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK, instead the employee threatened me with the court. I don't give a fuck about court or your bullshit legal team of NON-LAWYERS! No one ever fixed it correctly and the developer wrote this article about the problem with INMOTION HOSTING SERVERS And COVID was every company's excuse to put GREED INTO OVERDRIVE, cut labor, and phone support because the owners are CHEAP mother fuckers filled with GREED. 

Since many other customers wrote complaints and were unsatisfied with services the OWNERS removed all GOOGLE REVIEWS. It doesn't matter the reviews are still on the net GOOGLE WILL NOT REMOVE THEM ENTIRELY. The legal department are not lawyers nor do they give legal advice but they will threaten you as if they're cops, not lawyers. And if they were lawyers, who in my opinion give prostitution a whole new meaning then provide your fucken bar number I will speak to the BAR ASSOCIATION AND CONFIRM! No response to that, instead they sit on their ass hiding like a bitch writing up bullshit, and stealing money from customers. Continued to threaten me via email with "WE WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR DEFAMATION CRAP" GO AHEAD AND GOOD LUCK PROVING IT TO A JUDGE remember I have the other developer as a witness to what you did to my plugin. As for BOLDGRID the customer service is horrible and communication should be a priority not hiding behind the internet like a bitch. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the plugins I used, but to charge people to communicate as I was told is a scam. GO AHEAD TAKE ME TO COURT I COULD USE SOME FREE PR!!! I have every fucken right to fire back! It's your time, money, and energy and maybe I'll go on JIMMY DORE's show or LA TIMES NEWS and continue to tell the world how this fucked up Hosting Company blackballs the customer after I paid a few hundred dollars for shit shared hosting!!! And was Betrayed! DEFAMATION YOU SAY I DON'T THINK SO, let's go to court and try it out. 

Doesn't bother INMOTION to lock me out of my files and take my money and fuckup my plugin. What INMOTION should have done, was give me my files and my money back and this wouldn't be happening but you have Mark Smith to thank for that. DON'T EVER THREATEN ME YOU WANT TO TAKES SIDE WITH SMITH GO AHEAD, SUCK HIS DICK FOR ALL I CARE, but I will NOT admit to something I haven't done especially when this ass-wad Smith hasn't bothered to trademark a fucken thing. Mark writes books based on Witchcraft and Satanism, frankly the stories are most entertaining made up of fiction, and human sacrifice, copywriting other writers from the past that are now dead. There's no one to complain. Hypocrite! INMOTION NEXT TIME DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A PISSED-OFF CUSTOMER, you have no one to blame but yourself.
