Today I received a letter from the "public inquiry unit". Why? I don't know it's been so dam long since I wrote a complaint to the office I had forgotten about it, because that is how pathetic and lazy these ass wads are. They took months to respond to a problem, so they could pass the buck and tell me to call the "Dept of Insurance". I called and asked the person what is the purpose of this department? Basically, it is to help resolve problems with insurance companies, but it turns out they discriminate most of those insurance companies, especially if they are MEDI-CAL. Of course they do why the fuck would they care.
The GAME IS FUCKEN RIGGED IS IT NOT? All of these pieces of shit are involved with corporate GREED AND CORRUPTION. MEDICAL INSURANCE BEING ONE OF THOSE BIG ENTERPRISES OF FUCKING OVER PATIENTS AND STEALING ALL THAT MONEY!! WHY? would the ATTORNEY GENERAL BE ANY DIFFERENT. VERY SIMILIAR TO THIS OFFICE WITH ROB BONTA. USELESS - PASSING THE BUCK - HOW TYPICAL!
