SPROUTS AN ABUSIVE WORK ENVIROMENT

Sprouts is another market like Bristol Farms for which you DO NOT want to work at! All of these work environments are toxic it's the degree of how much a person is willing to tolerate. Eric was the original store manager, in 2016 at the new Labrea location in Los Angeles, but now there is another butt wad in his place. Eric wasn't a bad guy but his stress was showing I remember the left side of his face was damaged as his eye had popped out and was infected on the left side of his face from the abuse he was being subjected to from upper management

I met Eric when the store had its Grand Opening and taking job interviews were in place and drug testing on-site with the swab test during the interview. Eric told me I would have 40 hours a week and shit pay of $10 bucks an hour, another slave job. Of course, those 40 hours only lasted two weeks as the schedules were slashed in half, so it turned out to be a part-time job. This angered most people as every employee was lied to, but the level of abuse was thick and too toxic for words. Many of these shit people were in upper management so I wasn't surprised the hours were cut. I do recall a co-worker Michelle nagged Eric about the 40 hours we were promised. He blew her off and then she asked if I would say something to him. I replied NO, I would not because he is under great stress and Eric wouldn't change anything as it was obvious to me he was being told to do this by his manager. Sprouts are CHEAP, they don't like to pay, and they want slave work for as low as possible, so the company pays less "employee taxes with part-time workers". In America, you will NEVER have health benefits from employers with any minimum wage job. 

You must understand in this corrupt country it's about corporations reaping the money, and using slave labor to do the work. This is why you will hear the term, "CORPORATE AMERICA" It's much worse today than in the past from the Roman Empire and the human race will end in catastrophic proportions. Now let me indulge you with the environment of working here, once again I was in Deli, and the department manager was Nick some kid who had his favorites from the start. Nick once lied to me about how I was in charge but turned his head away from me when saying it. He was a fucken lying piece of shit. I decided to grab the sandwich bar area because it was the easiest to work. The department is big and there were several areas to cover each had its own demand for prep work because much of the food was displayed in the case and served daily, so those cases of food had to be filled throughout the day. This kind of work has to be fast and efficient and presentation matters, most workers are not conscious of this. I was subjected to ongoing verbal abuse from co-workers and management.

There was so much work to do, but for me the sandwich bar I could control and manage on my own. Meats and cheeses had to be sliced fast and stocked quickly as I already had the experience so I knew how to organize and work diligently. I thought a NEW STORE, NEW ENVIRONMENT, was going to be better, yeah it was different alright fucken abuse from the start! You could feel the tension in the air, yelling was a daily ritual. There must have been 20 people in the Deli alone, but a few people stood out with their FUCKED UP BEHAVIORS AND ATTITUDES! TRAINING WAS AT ANOTHER LOCATION IN CULVER CITY AND THIS YOUNG BITCH WAS A PROBLEM-MAKER IN THAT DEPT. One day I noticed the dept manager from Culver City was at the La Brea store and tried talking shit to me out of the blue. This white trash never introduced herself from Culver City being the department manager, never did I see her there only knew her name. I had never seen her during my training, but she knew who I was and now she was at La Brea shooting her mouth off at me. So I had a comeback. Do I know you? Have we met? As I can't recall ever seeing you before. I can still see her stupid face and at that moment that cunt had nothing to say. GROSS INCOMPETENT ABUSIVE UPPER MANAGEMENT CAN GO FUCK THEMSELF!!! I DON'T NEED THIS ABUSE. And for all these ass wads who were new with SHIT ATTITUDES FROM THE START they believe in their brain it's a way to climb to the top of a management position, not necessarily, sometimes it will get you fired.

This one kid who was a FAG was shooting his mouth off from the start, the F-Bomb was every other word and he thought he could leave a mess at the sandwich bar for other people to clean up. He was disrespectful to everyone, but he didn't last. Then he was talking shit about me because that is the way he was. Bad-mouthing people behind their backs as cowards do. He never made it to management because he never earned it. 90% of the people in Deli walked out before I did. There were too many attitudes, customers were bitching and complaining of "free food". During the grand opening, Sprouts was advertising "free sandwiches" to get customers to spend money at the store. That promo attracted animals of all sorts because people love FREE. As the immigrant Russian heifers were coming in every day with coupons bitching why their sandwich was made incorrectly? Since I worked at that station as my domain I was getting slammed from dept of why I didn't train people to work the sandwich bar. Oh excuse the fuck out of me I was NEVER TOLD I HAD THAT RESPONSIBILITY!!! I ignored their bullshit and eventually walked out!

I WASN'T A MANAGER AND I AM NOT A FUCKEN MIND READER. I was NEVER TOLD I HAD TO TRAIN ANYBODY? How IGNORANT people are to make assumptions. It's not my fault and maybe these immigrant Russian whores should stop taking advantage of FREEBIES. Coming in once with a coupon is enough not every fucken day!! Or maybe, these IMMIGRANT RUSSIAN WHORES SHOULD GET BACK ON THE FUCKEN BOAT AND GO BACK TO THEIR OWN FUCKEN COUNTRY BECAUSE I KNOW THESE BITCHES ARE NOT USA CITIZENS!!! SO FUCK YOU SPROUTS! If you go to any Sprouts store you will see how unhappy, downright miserable employees are. I have shopped as a customer and been employed by both sides of the fence are shit. Rarely, I go there now and if I do I am very selective of what I buy.

No one takes responsibility. Upper management ignores problems with NO RESOLUTION but will pass the buck. Blame is quick to dump on the weakest person, shit talkers, backstabbers, trouble makers. No leaders or problem solvers just gross incompetent managers, leads, and department heads who are the biggest ass-wads. I never went to Eric for anything but this last time the department people were out of control so I tried to talk to him and all he said was, "Worry about yourself". So I took his advice and walked out. Never said anything to anyone, I took off my apron and walked out. I didn't clock out either. Interestingly enough someone was watching me because it only took Eric 5 minutes to call my cell. He questioned where I was? I replied looking out for me, just like you advised me. I hung up and felt relieved! I am DONE I DON'T NEED this shit!

TERRY FIERRO - MYER IS HALF STUPID NOT WHITE

I'm Half White, NO you're HALF STUPID and IGNORANT. A few people I've crossed in my life have tried to convince me of how they're half white but I know for a fact they are NOT WHITE, not even half. A woman I didn't know personally made this statement to someone else and we shared this conversation, it was told to me her race was Pakistan, and most of these people have dark skin, from the regions of their origins. YOU TERRY FIERRO ARE FUCKEN LIAR, WHY DON'T YOU DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS? As for Pakistani people, you will rarely see a white-skinned Pakistan. As for TERRY, she continued to deny her own race, stating she was white. I once expressed that I was searching for words to convey the poisonous essence of the white race and how it infects the world. I'm still working on it but this denial is a perfect example of brainwashing and fear mixed together.

Some people spend their lives being scared denying who they are and denying where they come from because of trauma and experiences they're unwilling to speak on. In the State of Idaho, too many white people have violently expressed their RACISM and a lot of this started when TRUMP began to stir the pot with his racist actions and his big mouth. Racism and abuse have always existed not just with people of color, although people of color have suffered the most. At this point, I have nothing good to say about her other than the lies she tells and the shit that comes out of her mouth. The last time I spoke with her after Todd died was the icing on the cake. I didn't want anything from her I just needed a friend to talk to at the time, but I won't forget what she said and her disrespectful shit attitude ending our conversation of how she believes in her sick mind she is "HALF WHITE". Terry goes above and beyond defending the white race, it doesn't matter she's been subjected to racism and abuse from white people while living most of her life in Idaho, she still defends them believing she is "half white". I'm here to take a stand and provide a true statement. Terry Fierro Mayer is not "half white", she is Mexican and Hawaiian. I should know her dad was my second cousin and she is my third, not anymore. I'm done with this shit! A few years back I read articles about the racism that was plaguing the state of Idaho and the local areas. Officials at some point stepped in to STOP IT, since it was out of hand with violent threats against people. 

There was a particular family who owned about 20 acres of land and it had become a "cult" a racist cult against anyone who wasn't white and their mindset was spreading like wildfire throughout the areas. Eventually, the family sold the land and I believe broke apart which is for the best. Unfortunately, most people can't be stopped when things occur and cops are a pathetic joke who never do their job right. Cops are just as racists especially those men and women of color against their own kind and it's because of the "poisonous essences" intoxicating people, places, and things. Cops have fucked up attitudes and big egos that blind their vision. I've always had a theory about cops and why they go into law enforcement 1) coming from dysfunctional families so they can appear as the sane rational ones 2) personal abuse they may have been subjected to as a child. Either way, they're damaged goods like everyone else lying to themselves and living in a violent society. However, Terry endorses child molesters because she spends so much time on FACEBOOK spying on family members and people she has personal problems with. It really doesn't surprise me FACEBOOK turned out to be a CRIMINAL AND SEX OFFENDER, it's rather fucked up and disgusting Zuckerberg is allowed to perpetuate these sex offenses against children. I guess those who gave this SCUMBAG the GREENLIGHT must be participating in these sex offenses as well. I don't care if they are 18 years old, they're still children. Anyone who continues to support FACEBOOK supports sex offenders. Terry spends much of her time on this platform. 

What I find bothersome about her behavior is her being a fucken hypocrite, whatever problems she's had with certain people she once expressed to me she doesn't talk to anymore, that's fine but oddly she makes it her business to know everything they're doing at every given moment, where they live and where the work. She will ask you for your birthday if you ever meet her and lie why she wants it? Yet her reasons are to rumble through your personal shit. Her loser boyfriend who lives with her helps to support her so she doesn't lose her house, he's cheated on her many times and so has her ex-husband, but she holds on to the boyfriend because she needs that second income. Terry is dedicated to being an Amazon employee when she needs extra money to deliver packages. While we're on the subject of Amazon and Facebook they're out to destroy the state of Idaho. Jeff Bezos doing business with child molesters, I guess he hasn't been caught yet. When I spoke with Terry last she assumed I needed someplace to stay, no actually I didn't but if I did, it wouldn't be Idaho, now don't get me wrong it's beautiful there and the land is really nice, but the toxic environment of white people infecting the land and air, I can get that right here in Los Angeles. See it's the white race that is the problem. 

Eric is a loser, he is the brother-in-law to Terry, and he married her sister a long time ago. When I first met him I knew he was a piece of shit, all of us were just kids at the time and Larry (Terry's dad) sold his house in Santa Monica and decided to leave to have a better life in Idaho and Eric attached himself to the family and never let go, he never worked a day in his life. If that isn't a burden I don't know what is? He's never worked just sponged off of everyone else and now supposedly he claims to have had a "brain tumor" for the last 15 years, right. Eric should call "Ripley's Believe it or Not", he could get a job as a side freak in the show. This guy is the biggest white trash loser that his wife has to support but he didn't have a problem conceiving children, I guess the brain tumor has its moments. The entire conversation between us started out with Terry and her smart mouth about how Mexican kids never leave home (neither do Armenians unless they marry). How do Mexicans have too many kids (so does everyone else) I saw a white woman with ten kids on YOU TUBE. Her shit attitude just kept pouring out derogatory remarks at me. I guess her college education didn't teach her much about society and its problems. 

Terry should win a prize in excellence for IGNORANCE, but she wouldn't be the only human stuck in the dark as many people fall into this category. Unfortunately, Larry his brother Daniel, and their wives have all passed they didn't live long as cancer took them, and their only son Daniel Jr finally left after much heartache. He left behind memories to go somewhere new where nobody knows him and I wish him all the best. Sometimes a positive change is to leave behind everything and everyone to start a new chapter with better memories. Some of the kids who are now adults have been left behind with negative memories and a broken family. Although I realized as our conversation continued Terry would now and then have something pleasant to comment about, but over it was not a conversation based on kindness. I've come to realize IDENTITY is important and most people I know or known of never knew who they are. Terry is one of them, she actually believes her menopause was during her 35 years of age. No YOUR DEAD WRONG!!! During that time is the MID-LIFE CHANGE WHICH CAN LAST UP UNTIL YOU ARE 40 years old. When a woman hits 50, she loses her energy and her body changes drastically that is the MENAPUSE STAGE! There are only four stages to life and it all goes by fast, people search for someone to spend their life with because of fear of being alone. 

Terry has many fears as I recognize we all do but to ground ourselves and face those fears takes courage. I'm sure a part of her is good, but her bitterness and ignorance encourage that fear to stay at the surface. She is not mature enough or smart enough to understand herself or admit to her mistakes, she's too busy judging everyone else as if she's any better. Terry left the responsibility to her sister to care for Ann (mother) when she was ill and died. Terry lives a few hours away from everyone else but always knows what's going on. There was something I realized after Ann lost her home that Larry paid for in cash as they had a beautiful home on ten acres of land. Brokering the trees since their lumber could have saved her from losing her home in back taxes. She could have made so much money with all that timber and placed the property into a "living trust". Her daughter Chrissie and Eric (the bump) could have lived in the home helping out. It's important to hold onto property your parents worked so hard to have, instead of allowing the bank to take it. 

This is what happens when a person is behind in back property taxes. The property goes into foreclosure but if you have the cash to pay the back tax which is a few thousand anyone can step up and pay the back tax, (which is a tax lien), in most states. The owner has so much time to pay it back, to the person who paid the tax but if they can't then the house goes up for auction. So those people who have 100,000 or 200,000 cash, can buy a lot of homes in auction very cheaply and pay the person back who paid the tax lien. What is left over the Government holds onto and that money is supposed to go back to the owner of the property (leftover equity). Most people never understand this and lose all of it out STUPIDTY. Those are called OVERTURES, in other states, other states call it by different names. Ann Fierro could have had that 100,000 - 150,000 in her pocket after losing that property but not one person in the family knew anything about any of this or to think to broker the tress on the land to put money in her pocket.  However, if you lose your property you have one year to claim the equity money called "excess proceeds".  If you don't the Government keeps the money!

Millions of people all over the world lose their homes and it all goes back to a fucken bank the Government owns. Daniel Jr did the same thing he didn't care after his parents died, he let the bank take their home and ten acres of land they worked for. In the end, this family has lost so much that NO ONE DARED TO FIGHT FOR IT. Terry is not as intelligent as she thinks she is. Musk believes that expanding consciousness and having more people and digital consciousness will help us understand the universe. He says that we should "expand the scope and scale of consciousness" to better understand the nature of the universe. Okay, I'll agree with most of these statements I found, as for the universe I'm just as curious as the next guy but man will NEVER HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO KNOW THE VAST DARK SEA OF THE UNKNOWN THE GODS WILL NEVER ALLOW IT. I theorize there is a line that can't be crossed, especially by a man. Man has destroyed the world through politics and false religion, he has destroyed the sea and the land. Therefore man doesn't deserve to know anymore than he has already been given. Let's change the subject to ELON MUSK and his insane drive to conceive too many kids because he can't contain his erection in his pants.

WHEN WOMEN HAVE TOO MANY KIDS THE PUBLIC ATTACKS WOMEN IN A NEGATIVE WAY, BUT IF A MAN HAS TOO MANY KIDS ENABLE HIM AND PAD HIM ON THE BACK FOR DOING A GREAT JOB!! Children will fall into unprotected sex, drugs, booze, and vices the more kids you have the more problems you will have. Elon you are not raising these children the mothers are (I think?) 

Outside influences are a serious problem as children grow and those failures come in wicked disguises that cause insecurity and suicide drinking and drug abuse will become a part of the problems.

It's my strong belief that 3 out of 5 children will be subjected to sexual abuse within the families and outside of the family.

Parents can't be everywhere at once. And when you are not present the worst of events can occur in a child's life.

Parents don't listen to their kids and can't understand their complex feelings.

All children suffer from depression and anxiety more than ever today and broken parenting adds to the stress of an unbalanced family.

Using children for FINANCIAL LEVERAGE IS FUCKED UP!!!!

Using a child to hold a broken marriage together never works it adds to problems and the child suffers because of it.

As for mothers, you will feel different and out of control when 50 hits because you women will go through menopause, and during this time the kids are going through mid-life change. The energy of the family becomes unstable and problems manifest, family members feel out of control.

In regards to the change you women go through you won't be able to physically or emotionally keep up with those kids (who are now young adults) as they go through their mid-life change you will feel the rapture.

Parenting is automatic FAILURE, it doesn't matter who you are and how much money you have all you knew were your own parents, and that crap you hated about your parents, will be subjected to your own children.

It's a short life and people have to work and it takes a large amount of time and energy to raise happy, healthy children and to solve family problems, and both parents need to have a strong relationship to accomplish these goals. Not broken apart by numerous mothers.

Having a relationship with a woman is so much time and energy adding kids to the mix triples the time and energy and you Elon Musk don't have that time nor do you provide to any of those kids your energy. It's restricted.

Children are not trophies or toys their complex human beings.

Identity is a huge part of every human being which begins to shape itself between the ages of 25 until you are 40 years old. It's the reason why people go through mental and emotional strain for so long. MID-LIFE CHANGE IS ABOUT Identity, about knowing who you are at least half of you. Since most people never learn of their shadow self. But it doesn't stop at 40 because if a person can grasp the change and ground themself it will shift at 40 and then again during old age. Most people walk through life never knowing or understanding who they are. Of course, they won't admit to this because they are living day to day or moment to moment. However, identity is a power struggle so this kid can't possibly know who he or she is. It's a lifetime of discovery until a person dies. If a person wants to live in a lie no one can stop you, so my argument is these kids are being sexually abused and hiding in the "transgender" facade to hide from what truly pains them. With that being said this transgender kid will have more problems living that lie than if you were to confront your internal demons and problems. YOUR LEGAL AGE. DONALD STERLING IS GUILTY OF RACISM AND PUSSY

Since Donald Sterling owns numerous properties in Los Angeles and is a very wealthy man I have to say I admire his ambition but I am disappointed in myself for not being smart enough to go after a man like this when I was young and cute, now it's too late and he's to old and what are the chances of meeting him now? As were both in Los Angeles but I doubt he goes out anywhere anymore. Frankly, I don't care about his age but considering it, he wouldn't have the energy. I never paid too much attention to the scandal when it happened however I thought the girl was stupid. Having a man like that in your back pocket was really stupid to just blow it out of the water. She should have asked for a cash-out and not embarrassed anyone including herself. There's no doubt in my mind his wife always knows about his girlfriends she was probably just pissed because of the media frenzy. People continued to make a big deal about his remarks and how racist they were. Show me a white man who isn't racist? Howard Stern is a racist piece of shit and treated James Brown very disrespectfully when he appeared on his show and no one gave a fuck. The point is I wish Donald Sterling was my sugar daddy why not? The man is a "DIAMOND". Who cares what he said I could provide a million - a billion examples of racism and bullshit this entire fucken country is based on and the mistreatment of the human race. V Stiviano should have cashed out if she didn't want to be with him anymore. It pisses me off a stupid bitch like that blows it all up. Do you know how hard it is to get close to a man of that kind of wealth and status? When I think about all the men I've known some had money, some didn't, and some I sacrificed my time with how stupid I was, not to go after men of that caliber. I wasted my time with so many losers hell, I would sell my soul now for a man with that kind of wealth. Fuck it, time is not on my side and it's one life a person lives. I don't know if the media was lying about his wife taking the girlfriend to court ordering her to give back everything he gave her, but I wouldn't have, you can't force someone to do that and if the house was in her name, legally it can't be taken from her. Why? I found myself looking at this case and the old clip is that I was viewing a court document from several years ago when I was with Todd Taylor. Todd used to live at Mr. Sterling's property a long time ago I don't recall the name but what happened was Todd had fallen down the concrete stairs and hurt himself very badly. He was high at the time and his friend just watched him and did nothing.

Robert Russo that fat lazy fuck attorney didn't do shit to help, there was only one witness and Bob refused to subpoena that ass-wad. He was a Russian Immigrant who was a drug dealer who Todd was hanging out with at the time. The maintenance watered down the stairs and concrete without placing signs up indicating the ground was wet and Todd was high at the time, but regardless he slipped on the watery surface and fell all the way down the stairs and was rushed to the hospital. Bob didn't bother to obtain hospital records either he is the biggest piece of shit and I'm going to let the world know it. Hell, I never knew who Donald Sterling was until Todd told me who he was. See what I mean, not realizing your options as a young woman when there are men like this walking around with millions in their pockets. 

Never ever hire that fat piece of shit ROBERT RUSSO he is a liar too. He did nothing to help Todd with the case at all and yet had the nerve to say he used his time and money. He is such a fucken lair. Robert Russo is a crook attorney, never waste your time or money with that piece of shit. I'm curious how V.Stiviano got the job or met Mr. Sterling that in itself is an amazing opportunity. Well, now that she is known who knows how she's going to make a living and doing what, now that everyone knows who she is? So to continue the story Todd had an interview with Mr. Sterling's attorney because he never does anything himself he doesn't have to. It didn't take long for everything to get dismissed Bob lacked in his fucken job skills and the only witness bailed out, no hospital records were submitted. It was quickly dismissed and Todd got nothing let me present the evidence. The maintenance did wet the concrete and did not place any signs he was soon gone is why he never saw Todd fall but he did hurt himself very badly, nobody gave a fuck because he was high at the time and Donald's son overdosed on drugs when he was young so I guess it hit a soft spot which made the case weak and Sterling's attorney made it seem as if it was Todd's fault for falling down the stairs.

What I found interesting after looking at this court doc was the 666 on the date which doesn't mean it has anything to do with the ANTICHRIST, that is the white man Christian bullshit view.

The number represents "creation and destruction". I'm not superstitious but I've come to learn whenever this number occurs it's usually destruction or the outcome is not in your favor. Rochelle Sterling is his daughter she is in charge of the family trust and is well provided for. However, she wasn't there the attorney for Donald was and he was a big ass-wad of course. The address to the property was 1021 North Orange Grove West Hollywood, it's not anything fancy just run-down apartments that are overpriced. I don't think Sterling is much of a landlord, but he still owns it today. The entire situation was fucked up and Todd didn't know how to voice himself which is critical to survival especially when you fight someone in court. No one wanted to believe him but I do. Todd may have made many mistakes in his life but he wasn't a liar just a man who lived with a lot of pain thanks to his father who was a monster.

As for Sterling's wife, the media had a lot to say about how they were divorcing and how stupid they were both so old. What difference would it matter now both of them are so unhappy with their lives and have little time in this world left. I'm confident this woman has always known her husband has had many women in his life, all men do when they have wealth because they can and I'm only sorry I miss the boat, what I wouldn't give to have this man as my sugar daddy any woman would and why not all that money? Hell, I deserved to be spoiled in my life, but Daddy Sterling is at home waiting to drop dead because now he is 90 years old, and out of time. One thing is when a person has a lot of wealth they certainly live longer. As for Todd we soon left that side of the tracks, after losing his house in the Hollywood Hills and life being a mess there was no reason to stick around, West Hollywood is too expensive to live in for most people. I knew a few people who lived in rent-controlled apartments and were paying 800 dollars on the West side but I doubt they are now because managers will threaten to push people out. Property managers don't want people living many years in apartments they want to jack up the price and apartments are not worth $2300 hundred dollars anywhere. Speaking of which did you know why landlords raise the rent? It's top exploit the shortage they have as the rent doesn't need to be raised so vote YES ON PROP 33.

LASSENS MARKET IS NOT ORGANIC LIKE YOU THINK

It doesn't matter if a company or person deletes reviews on their end, Google still keeps the information floating on the internet. Google never deletes reviews from anyone I tried updating my review about Lassen Market I noticed it wasn't showing, so I decided to express my experience working at Lassen Market in Echo Park. Let me begin with this, the owner HATES GAY people, which is ironic because Joe who was the manager is a total fag! Mr. Lassen contributed 100,000 to STOP GAY MARRIAGE but refused to give employees a raise like he promised.

This market is a sweat shop and you will work like a slave I promise with no lateral way to move up. Management lies to everyone being hired! The owner has a written policy 3 days NO SHOW, NO CALL, YOU ARE FIRED! And being in JAIL is NO EXCUSE, like traffic court. How interesting, I wonder does his WHITE KIDS follow the same policy? In the market area it's all about sales and cutting hours, and treating employees like shit! Especially people of color but give the white employees and their own kin high salaries, raises and opportunities, and admin positions. I used to work in the Deli it is the hardest and most stressful in any market. Let me be clear about this market there is nothing ORGANIC about this store or its products. Let's take the hot bar for instance working in the Deli I had tons of prep which is cutting and stocking food items for the salad bar and meats if needed. There is always something to do which is okay I don't mind staying busy and I busted my ass working hard, but I was lied to about my raise after 6 months and the owner refused to give me what I deserved, so I stole as much food as I could from that asshole. 

However, to make all dishes organic you must have organic ingredients, and not all products purchased were organic. Nor were the products delivered (from vendors organic) or on time. In addition, the lack of staff in departments needing to work efficiently makes it hard to cover the department's needs. Poor work conditions are part of the reason over 80% of employees walked out. At times the load wouldn't come in on time or if it did there wasn't staff to unload it, so the food would sit outside until someone could unload it, this is unsanitary conditions for the food. Now understand when you are one person who has to unload 3 to 4 fucken pallets of food, you have to remove expired items, rearrange the self as you are making room for the other items, and make sure the expiration dates and names are properly labeled. This is a lot of fucken work which can take up your entire shift, but the manager expects people to do this in a couple of hours. Joe only sits on his ass in the office with the rest of the lazy-ass wads who do no labor! As a worker in this kind of business, you can't just throw the food in the freezer or on the shelves understand? 

A lot goes into this and you're having to work in a confined area that is extremely small because that is how Mr. Lassen purchases stores crammed properties with small work areas, BROKEN DOWN ONE HORSE LOCATIONS. Yet 100 employees or more work to accommodate each other in poor work conditions. Let's explore the meat dept, it was clean and had the most room to move around in until the stupid owner Mr. Lassen decided to have a Sushi Bar in the meat department which ruined the department. He is a scumbag and slave owner; people were walking out because of the poor conditions and no raises. Lassen only cares about how to have the Sushi bar, cramming it in a small area that is only supposed to be a meat department. Who the fuck is going to work the SUSHI? This asshole owner of 12 stores that I know of, he is a slave owner and most of his markets are in rural areas where the majority of employees are people of color who bust their asses for low pay. He steals money cheats employees out of pay which I made a complaint to the Labor Dept. and trains management to be abusive with mental and verbal cruelty. Let's explore more of the kitchen and its contents, the stove was the first thing I noticed as I looked around at the setup. 

The business before Lassen Market must have been a restaurant or something because the stoves were old and beat up, no dishwasher existed, and utensils and refrigeration were old and worn out. Instead of buying new kitchen appliances and kitchenware, the workers were being forced to use the old shit that was left behind by the previous owners. As for no dishwasher is really fucked up, everything had to be cleaned by hand. Do you realize how long that will take and if there is no one to maintain that area the dishes will pile up. Plus someone would dump BLEACH in the hot water to wash the dishes people were eating off of. If there is someone to work in this area, you need to work fast and have organizational skills because the kitchen is hard and just as crammed as the other areas of the store. So, to get back to what I was saying about Organic, if the right ingredients are not available to make certain dishes or if we run out, workers have to make do with what they have. 

People think this is easy fuck no and you will realize how hard it is if you are working the area and you have to fast-flip that hot bar. Also, for the prep, you must be quick, slow workers don't cut it. Organic is a Marketing Strategy. If you want ORGANIC, cook at home and buy the best ingredients and do it yourself, or grow it yourself. At Lassen Market, you are not getting what you think you are buying. There is not enough consistent flow from the time products are ordered, delivered and the daily problems within the store not enough staff to stock and cook all of it at a consistent flow. (Be mindful that many lazy fucken people, work here so not everyone will work at the same pace). Many lazy employees and ass kissers who never work hiding in the freezer and then there are employees like me busting my ass and picking up the slack from the losers. However, society depends too much on corporations to process everything for us. STOP BEING CO-DEPENDENT!!! You don't know how other vendors manufacture food products before Lassen buys them. The concept of Organic is growing it yourself. Take oranges for instance you must grow oranges and then squeeze the fruit to make juice yourself, which is Organic. Of course, most of us can't or don't have room for an orange grove, so buying oranges is the next best thing, then squeeze the juice yourself. The more you DIY the better. You understand right? The hot food bar is the hardest and it should be flipped 3 to 4 times a day. 

All the prep that goes into the food daily takes hours. Mr. Lassen is a white man who treats people of color like slaves with all the labor but the white kids are given jobs as leads, front end, and managers and given raises compared to the rest of us who are not white! Joe the manager might still be working there, he was not only a backstabbing fag. He cheated employees on their paychecks at least I know I was and so was Jerry as he shared this with me. Before I left, Joe started blackballing people with dirty looks and derogatory remarks. Joe and his cronies had once cornered me in the freezer threatening me which pissed me off, he just didn't like it I spoke my mind, 6 men against 1 woman. Another time the floor manager who only walked around doing nothing started talking to me knowing how busy I was unloading the pallets of food, I responded to his comments and when I looked up Joe was throwing me "dirty looks", it was a setup. If anyone was caught speaking while working they were being threatened. It was interesting when I asked for a transfer to another location, the manager asked me, "Why do you want to work here"? I wasn't sure how to answer him and didn't want to speak about the problems at Echo Park, so I said nothing, a week later he walked out and Amy took over his position. 

Now I understand he was frustrated and hated the job is why he was questioning me? The guys in the meat department had come from the "Wholesfood Market" who once made $35 an hour, they all left as they were being blackballed. Lassen would only pay them 20 dollars an hour to be a butcher. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK FOR LASSENS, as you will NEVER get a raise or be treated well, this is why over 20 people walked out. I left soon after and of course, was given a 2000 dollar check for loss of wages, but Lassen owed me much more than that, it's because of that cunt Ms Hyne is why I was cheated from the LABOR DEPT. they too enjoy cheating people out of money instead of being honest. I should have taken my case to court and spoken to a Judge which I now know a person can do. Mr. Lassen, you can kiss my ass you white trash piece of shit! Never again but I have one more story of me walking out of Sprouts.

MARTHA LOPEZ - GARZA CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE

Martha Lopez Garza is a teacher of Women Studies teaching, "Just Methods", and Chicana Studies, and frankly is the worst teacher next to Breny Mendoza who is worse than Garza. At least when I was there she taught this class and it was awful, frankly, I didn't understand a fucken thing and received a C. This bitch has a Dr. Jeykell and Mr. Hyde complex with an average rating from students which is what the bitch gave to me in her class. Now so you understand this class is not like a class you would attend in high school. At least in high school the teacher sometimes provides information on the subject and what to expect, not this bitch she says nothing but yet she expects everyone to understand her "lack of structure" when teaching a course with little information provided. Regardless of the evasive description and syllabus provided, it leaves little information on what to expect. The mid-term is the basis of your grade, so when I asked to speak with her about the work and to know how I was doing in the class she refused. 

I won't forget her nasty behavior of shoving unwanted books in my hands. And then later bothered me by helping her friend around the campus because she is too fucken lazy to do it herself. Garza was always putting something on me to be a total bitch because she enjoys aggravating those who have no respect for her as I did. I remember once she had each student meet with her. I approached the office and I saw her facing the door and the clock was on that wall which she could see. I sat outside waiting for over 20 minutes because she didn't have the sense to tell the other student time was up, she allowed her to keep talking and blamed me for not mentioning I was outside waiting. She could see me and acted stupid. It's not for me to tell you Garza you can see the clock and you called this meeting I didn't.

Another time this situation with Garza's friend in administration I can't recall her name but I should have reported that bitch. She was supposed to be helping the students with something in the class but instead, she decided to close her door and not help the students because she was having personal problems which I found out. That bitch had no business being at work collecting a check and not doing her fucken job, another lazy white bitch, your personal problems are your own go home then! So Garza later sent me an email talking shit but you know I think I'm going to send her a copy of this blog post and let her know what I really think of her:-) Garza, you can take that shit book of "Just Methods" and shove it up your ass, you cunt! Unfortunately, this is a required class one of the few that are given once a year, so if you choose this program just know it's a "HAVE TO" class and take it right away.  UPDATE: BRENY MENDOZA READ MY POST AND IS NO LONGER CHAIR!

This is how she teaches "Just Methods", It's a three-inch book filled with stories and the student has to pull out the "methodology" the observer used while studying different groups of people. Yet the stories have different characters and events. This shit book is not worth the paper it's printed on and the campus oh they love fucking the students out of money for useless books. So what Garza does is she has us sit in a big circle so she can see everybody at a certain angle, throws on the projector, and quickly flips the notes for us to write them down. I was pissed with her method and no one took a shorthand class and most of the time you were lucky to get 50% of the notes written down. It was a fucked up way to provide information and no one in the class understood what to do with the notes. Then she told us to pick three out of all the questions we had written down and provide a summary for each one. Most of the students struggled to get the full question written down because she was flipping the notes so fast and finally I told her to slow down. The same method was used for the final. Garza is a cunt she was no teacher! I learned nothing from this class but I can say I do understand the concept of methods now. This class had one mid-term and one final and few assignments so whatever you got on the mid-term that was your grade. She couldn't care less if you understood the class or the contents of it. I had a few words with her at one point I said, I have no idea what you're talking about and you have no structure to this class. She didn't like it but it was true. Well, like they say the truth hurts, but she asked the class to raise their hands if they felt the same way and everyone raised their hand. This shit institution is not only extremely racist but they will fuck you out of as much money as possible and if you don't graduate on the expected date the school charges you money. Education in America is the biggest Fraud next to the IRS. Frankly, I didn't need this education I could learn on my own without the expense, but it was personal to me and mattered. I just never enjoyed it. it was a negative experience.

Women's Studies is not worth investing in as a Bachelor's Degree maybe elective or a minor but it's too broad and you can't get employment from it, something the lazy advisors never speak to students about. However, I had a few enjoyable teachers but most of them sucked and so did the experience at Cal State Northridge.

MEN - SEX - AND WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR

Many women will support a man in his endeavors and believe in his patriarchy and usually, those women have a "SELF-SERVING" agenda. Men have no understanding of women, which is their greatest mistake, and expect to be understood by women and if that works out for them, the less they have to work at the relationship and will do what they please. Those men who marry the wrong woman realize how hard it can be to live with someone and find a reason to cheat instead of working on the relationship after committing to it. Once you live with someone both parties are now finding tolerance of each other's habits and behaviors, when it should be "ACCEPTANCE". Relationships are a lifetime commitment. Let's talk about cheating for a moment. Men are more likely to cheat than women and will lie about it but women can actually get away with cheating more than a man. 

As I've said before women are better liars, but if she gets caught up with this man she is cheating with and loses all sense of herself and now is distracted in her thoughts because of another man the relationship will break. During mid-life change married people cheat because their changing and are unhappy with mixed emotions. People cheat when not having sex at home with the person they are married to and men cheat to live out their sadistic fantasies they can't perform with the wife. Men who marry or have girlfriends view pornography online all the time, it corrupts men and their views of having healthy sexual relationships. Men will convince their wives to keep having children as the glue to a broken marriage instead of working out their problems. Men view pornography to learn how to have sex with partners or wives instead of communicating with each other. No one is having healthy relationships, people change spouses faster than eating breakfast.

Drugs are the prime target of bringing in the "pill mills" killing the people in the inner cities and arresting those who get hooked and sell drugs.
